PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Project management of all phases including Provision of Location, Project Development, Consulting and Sales is followed up by using the following system;
  • Adaptation of the planned work program plans affecting production time, taking into account all possibilities, knowledge transfer to the investor, network documentation required for project revisions are created.
  • Mobilization is provided by taking into account the situation of land, existing obstacles, possibility of electricity and water supply for the worksite, transport facilities, structures existing in the surroundings which can be utilized, method of construction, the construction period and climatic conditions.
  • A spreadsheet containing records kept in order to monitor issues such as time, cost and control, correspondence, documents and responsibilities is created.
  • The productions to be made will be listed and  the "Production Work Schedule” will be prepared by " the Primavera Project Planner (P6) program in line with the footage (amounts)taken from the application project.
  • Production Control Plan containing the production control points and officers responsible for controlling is prepared and carried out within the project management services.
  • The costs envisaged at the pre- design stage is compared with the cost accrued during the construction phase, and the preliminary budget is revised.
  • The cost is reported in detail to the investor at every stage. Final calculations are performed at the end of the work and reported to the investor.
  • It is ensured that agreements made with sub-contractors are executed according to their terms.
  • Issues mutually agreed which are contrary to the agreement are identified and the necessary warnings to correct them are made. If conflicts occur, they are tried to be solved within the investors’ knowledge.
