- Project budget is calculated based on parameters on the draft design and by calculation of estimated costs of projecting and construction processes. Financial Resources Evaluation Report is given to the investor when required by making negotiations and bargains with financiers.
- Purchasing Planning
- A concept is determined for interior furnishing plans and making purchase and types of architectural, electrical and mechanical equipments are selected and submitted to the approval of investors. A Procurement Plan is prepared in accordance with the construction work schedule.
Preparation of Tender File
- Project Budget Estimate Report is prepared by virtue of footage created for the implementation projects. Unit price descriptions are created for each work item. Tender (taking offer) specification is prepared. Tender File is created by arranging specifications based on implementation.
Tender Management
- The form of the tender is negotiated with the investor and companies from which offers will be received accordingly are determined. The companies are examined in terms of qualification. The tender process is coordinated with companies in the qualification to undertake the project in accordance with the principles of the investor.
Sub-contractor/contractors to be selected
- A tender Preliminary Assessment Report is presented to the investor by considering issues such as price, quality, time, labor, payment terms, machinery and equipment qualification as a result of negotiations held by candidate firms. Subcontractor /Contractor is selected by taking the investor's approval.
Preparation of contract
- Product/Service Procurement/Contracting Agreements are prepared by taking into account the relevant laws and regulations and considering all disputes that may arise during the construction process within bilateral guarantees and collateral requirements
